So in short I am looking for confirmation the dedupe will be available on refs volumes in the full release or is not on the roadmap for this release.

It does not support other virtualization technologies (example vmware or xenserver) within Hyper-V host.

I have built this out with Tech Preview 4 and do not see a file type change. It appears to still use the .VHDX format. However you are able to now do live resizing.
